@ryansingel@writing.exchange Ironically, he'd have to pay mechanical license fees to Ghostwriter since it would be a cover of the original. Otherwise, he could be sued for copyright infringement.

@andybaio@xoxo.zone But it's not clear AI can copyright anything. So when Drake makes a copy, he calls it the original and then he can DMCA the AI original as a derivative work, thus upending time and causality because copyright
