In good spirits today. I was very sleepy by the time bedtime rolled around, which meant that I got to sleep easier and stayed down harder. Admittedly, I did dip into my melatonin stash, and might well for a few more days -- just until this current period of stupid is passed. These usually only last a few days at most. I'm also in good spirits 'cause our internet upgrade is complete! Bonus -- the fellow doing it grew up in this street. His youngest sibling is friends with our eldest. We were able to tell him something about his childhood home he didn't know too -- because my father-in-law was the original estate agent that sold all the houses on this street. So that was neat. Only downside of that is Vivi doesn't like? Is terrified? When strangers are in the house, so he was really upset. And he's been upset since and a bit skittish, bless him. I gave him good cuddles and reassured him, but ah well. #deardiary #dailylog
