I didn't learn these skills for a job, they simply suited the job I found. If you enjoy what youre doing, and it builds problem solving skills, you will be hard pressed to regret learning the skill. That said, I started out answering phones, and built from there. Fix peoples problems and keep your eyes open for a job that let's you fix the kinds of problems you find interesting.
