@LeoKirke@retro.social #bookwyrm instances might be the natural place to organize this (see e.g., https://bookwyrm.social). Some new functionality: I've read / this book and now looking to swap etc. Instances are supposed to federate via activitypub: https://docs.joinbookwyrm.com/federation.html No idea how this platform / community is doing these days but it always seemed to me like a wholesome initiative that can differentiate the fediverse from classic adtech social in good ways.
