But, the Blackwing long point sharpener is fantastic — also pricey, but it makes a great long point that’s slightly concave. My biggest gripe is that the shavings and lead dust will spill out if you throw it in your bag. It’s best to just keep it upright at your desk.     For travel sharpeners, I really like very affordable Sonic Ratchetta.
