He even mentions the nearby LRT station that will be open in a year, yet because it's not more parking there's "no solution". Any parking lot expansion will not be ready before LRT West opens, and likely will reduce parking demand. The previous tenant of that site, Nortel, had a Transportation Demand Management program to help people bus, bike, and carpool to work.
