Interesting. This unattributed article (correctly imo) frames the NCC Weekend Bike Days as "opening" the parkways to active transportation rather than "closing" it to cars. #OttBike

@Centretowner@urbanists.social i biked by some NCC kids once and asked if a road was “closed” and they shouted back. “OPEN FOR BIKING!!” I can’t recall the details but it felt ambiguous on QED that day…
