I will say, though, if someone can clock that he’s a regular listener to a specific podcast after he tells them some (as he sees it) common sense opinions on everyday topics like dating, then _that_ is worth taking note of and doing some introspection rather than getting defensive. If someone was telling me about their Alexa spying on them, and I threw out a “Mulch the rich”, and they replied “Oh, you listen to the MBMBaM podcast?” I would think “Shit, am I being brainwashed without realizing it? That podcast isn’t even political…”
