Another interesting option would be to place a MUP in the center of Carling, starting at the east side of the intersection with Churchill, continuing along the sanitary sewer to connect to Kirkwood Avenue. Then with a MUP on the west side of Kirkwood, people could connect to the other side of the highway or head north.
