The first of 79 huge concrete segments for a road/rail tunnel under the Baltic between Germany and Denmark is currently being lowered into position in an underwater trench:

The segment weighs 73,500 tonnes.
The Fehmarn Belt Tunnel is scheduled to be complete by 2029, though this may be delayed. Once it’s running, it will cut the rail journey time between Hamburg and Copenhagen in half.
