@johnbrown@thecanadian.social sadly I don't think that's true, there are people who do (I'm not one of them personally, I haven't seen it add value that outweighs the risks and consequences)

@hdv@front-end.social 1) many accounts that claim interest are not authentic, 2) there are plenty of professionals doing studies on the matter, 3) there are well known games being played, where a small number of companies are using ALL THE TOKENS EVERY DAY, then execs use those numbers to claim massive interest & adoption, 4) Ive personally been in tech almost 35ish years, and Im in the industry - MOST people around me are adversarial or, at best, disgusted and avoidant. Even the non tech folks are waking up.
