@djl@universeodon.com clearly the news that the GDP per capita of Edinburgh has now overtaken the GDP per capita of London passed them by. Or perhaps they just wilfully ignored it.
The “Economist” tried this in 2014. It was a bare-faced lie then and it is a bare-faced lie now.
