@moira@mastodon.murkworks.net My most unexpected <3 was RavenWolf's Monroe EPIC 3000 1967 Electronic programmable mechanical/electronic RPN printing calculator. Needs research/restoring, but damn, what a treasure!

@janschiefer@mastodon.social oooo, delay-line memory! I didn't catch that one. Neat :D But for me more for the technical side once the box is open. I think my second-favourite was talking about old C128 stuff with the guy from Ontario who also had the gold-key C64. He'd been recovering his old C128 BBS software and I had donated (to LCM) recovered copies of my published C128 BBS-specific everything-you-need-in-one-place telecoms package. He'd heard of it! And was stunned that I'd done it in 100% interpreted BASIC as a demonstration that the C128 could do 1200 baud in interpretation, even with character translation. Also petting RAMmy. I had to pet RAMmy. ^_^
