@Tamasg@mindly.social oh yeah, I get it then, you like the personality of Anthropic. At least it doesn’t talk about goblins and all these random things that open I literally had to prompt it not to. Though I was suggesting the Chinese ones because those ones are about as good as claude, as well as free and open sourced which I personally like, that’s why I like the kimi especially bro. And they are cheaper. And you have the agent swarms.

@danestange@caneandable.social ha. I saw that news story! It made me laugh so so much! Yeah, I genuinely should give GPT-5.5 class a try sometime though for a sesh, I hear they're falling behind on some benchmarks in Opus-4.7 land with OpenAI releasing that. For Chinese models, I mean, technically I have qwen3:30b-a3b here locally and I have my Claude call into Ollama through MCP connectors to manage the server and then call it for extra review of its thinking. It's helped a lot. Even though it's Alibaba it's very competitive with Gemma4, and so tripple-checking something between Claude's brain with a Qwen model plus Gemma has been a nicer workflow in some things than just blindly trusting Claude alone.
