Bestwood Village is the only time I've got a top 10 (I'm a 25-28 minute runner but OK at getting up hills) which according to that appears to be the 26th hardest parkrun in UK. Waverley Lakes isn't on there yet but I would say it's about as hard Colwick which is pretty easy scoring 2.2 on there.
If it was me I would make Waverley harder by going up that top hill as there's a pretty mean incline to get on it. Not sure the route down without it being dangerous or going outside the park though so probably best it doesn't.
