@blamellors@mstdn.party These numbers are easy to find. Iran: war against Iraq: 600K (Wikipedia), including other (icl. proxy) wars probably 1M. Israel in Gaza according to Palestinian Health Minist. around 70K. Look, it's not a contest. My point was: no one even in the Muslim world (outside the Iran gov.) would support your idea of giving Iran the bomb.

@AndreiM10@mstdn.plus My opinion is there is no data or history that Iran will use a nuke if they possessed one and infact , like Pakistan or India , would be a deterrent against a full scale war. The evidence in my position can be found in Ukraine. Ukraine voluntarily gave up Soviet Union nukes because the West assured them that they would provide security guarantees that Russian attacks would trigger a unified reponse How did that turn out for them?
