@sara@hachyderm.io This thread was SO validating! Before my current position I was desperate to work in anything open source. Getting a callback from Canonical was a breath of fresh air after months of no luck. THEN came the insane questions ab highschool, IQ tests, and other busywork just to get a rejection at the end of it. Made me feel nuts.
