@TheZeldaZone Depending on your tolerance for sketchiness, https://lowendbox.com/ is a good place to find out about cheap VPS offerings. I have a $20/year, super-low-budget VPS that I found through there (on a server in .NL). But performance is flakey and support is poor for the one I chose, so evaluate your price-to-misery threshold carefully. For EU, the "name brand" places I can think of immediately are Hetzner and OVHCould. They're probably comparable in price to US$5/month. I am emotionally prepared for my suspiciously cheap VPS to just drop dead at any moment. Name-brand is probably worth the cost if you can swing it, to get "competent support" and maybe even "included backups".
