@rooftopjaxx@kolektiva.social @Broadfork@mastodon.green Reminds me, a few years back I saw a post online from a woman that was worried she'd missed the hawthorn blossom, she had a tradition of taking a photo of her kid in front of the blossom since he was born in May. She was asking if anyone had seen any out still. So I said (1) head north, blossoms gradually come out later the further north you go, and (2) red hawthorn comes out a little after white so she could use red hawthorn on years she misses the white (cont.)
