I'm in a similar place. I keep Vivaldi as my Chromium option, but I find that there are things that I don't like about it that keep me from using it full-time.
I mostly use Zen on desktop and Waterfox on Android. Since both can use Mozilla syncing, I can share pages and bookmarks between them.
99% of the time, I can do what I want with a Gecko-based browser, but every once in a while something doesn't work right, so I pull out Vivaldi.

@cynical13@social.vivaldi.net I’m using Waterfox on my PC and Orion on iOS (I use Kagi and Orion is their native browser… I figured I’d give it a shot, since I left Firefox and Waterfox isn’t on iOS yet). FF on laptop and phone was great for syncing — one of the precious few ways to sync browsers across Windows and iOS — but until they give their collective heads a shake about baking in AI and knock off the dark patterns, I won’t be going back to them. 🤷♂️
