@JTDType@typo.social @Okay@typo.social the year after we bought this apartment, first floor and basement level in a 100yo building, this neighborhood flooded so badly that we ended up having to tear out all the drywall downstairs and replace with FEMA help previous owners had, I guess, felt like the drainage in the basement is too unsightly, and so tiled the thing over so I feel you both
