that’s rather abusive, but then again abusive is to be expected

@zaire@fedi.absturztau.be @grepe@ieji.de I'd say it's still better than bonuses limited to bosses 🙄 But yeah, in all my jobs, I fought for equal pay, and equal bonuses: every raise or bonus given in percentage increases the gap.
