There is a massive misinformation campaign going on in the US about the 3rd term presidency. 1) Iran would give Trump war powers. It doesn't. Trump can't declare war, hence no war powers. 2) War powers still don't prevent elections in the states. It is up to the states, not the president. 3) Trump is kicked out of office regardless on January 20th, 2029. That's it. Trump turns into a pumpkin. 4) Trump is not eligible for reelection since it would be his 3rd term. #USelection #Civics #Trump
