It is National Mental Health Month. I have a mental health question. What scenario is better for your mental health? Detached dwelling or Attached Dwelling. I see the push for density, density, and more density. This is in NC "towns". Also pushed by the College of Design eco-system. I think it is highly favored by Black Rock that wants a subscriber base income with consistent upticks in costs of living.
