@inthehands@hachyderm.io @hasani@my-spaces.social I read a very long article dissecting the economics of this but i can't remember what it was. What I remember though is that food shortages are unlikely in the global north. Higher prices are almost guaranteed to some extent. The global south, on the other hand, will be much harder hit and will have higher prices and potential shortages.
