Toxic just means unhealthy relationship dynamic. I guess consensual non-conscent play can fall into that, but a lot of that begins and ends in the bedroom. If you have hard lines there, I don't know that'd be inherently toxic. Toxic relationship implies less about any one kink and more about an unhealthy relationship in and out of the bedroom. Least I think.
