Worth pointing this out: If the Voting Rights Act states + TN and FL had proportional representation, the 2024 house elections would resulted in:
GOP Dem
68 45
Instead of:
80 33
and it's about to get worse...

Just to be fair, here are the results of CA, IL, MA and NY under proportional: GOP Dem 40 63 and the 2024 results : 19 85 😬
