TIL learned about a new genre of music from Africa "amapiano". The artist, Tyla, is probably the most popular example. RN I'm listening to an amapiano essentials list on Apple Music. It's kind of like drum and bass, but more syncopated and lots of synth. I absolutely love the stuff I've heard so far. After hearing SHE DID IT AGAIN and getting it stuck in my head I started looking into Tyla's bio and learned about it.
