@RobCubbon@mastodon.art I'm giving Early Jersey Wakefield cabbage a try again this spring. The plants are 6-8 inches tall. Now you have me thinking of growing oregano in the ground. What general geographic area or zone are you in? My parsley did find overwinter, as did the sage and chives. But my oregano has always been in a pot.

    @redcrew@mstdn.social I'm in Yorkshire, just outside of Leeds. Not up in the hills though I think my elevations quite low. My soils quite heavy but I've built it up over time to be a bit better. I think the mild winters are key. Your cabbages sound like they're doing well!
