If I did need to cast a little shade though I used to work in global payments for a button on your TV remote The reason I never got into cryptocurrency is because the most competitive people I’ve ever worked with had the data and the data is that it is always going to be a speculative asset. And in the off chance it stabilizes, then that’s maybe something worth integrating with— if that actually “unlocks” more customers or increases revenue marginally. But all the most fascinating payment experiments I engaged with was “how are people in the world currently conducting transactions?” And then integrating with existing consumer habits. How vain to believe you can reprogram an entire planet or universe with your hot take on money. That’s why I didn’t glue a monetization engine onto my devkit
