@GottaLaff@mstdn.social I remember how, in his first term, trump was given a secured White House phone, but he couldn't figure out how to tweet with it. He went back to using his old personal Android phone. I think staff finally got rid of the Android, but per many reports he continued to use unsecured phones on and off throughout his first 4 years. He is woefully stupid, stubborn, and simply does not care.
