²OpenStreetMap has some exceptions to the observable-on-the-ground rule, namely for administrative boundaries, ocean names and other important information, but I don't think «Sidewalk Joy spot» would qualify for any such exception.

I just stumbled across it and thought it was cool and worth sharing. I wonder if you could reach out to the creator through the site and see if she would be interested in incorporating them. Making it fully useable with OSM would be super cool.
