What with major airlines canceling some flights at the last minute and delaying others so it's impossible to catch a connecting flight, I guess their long-term strategy is to broom out their middle-class customers and cater exclusively to the ultra-wealthy. What they haven't considered is that their new class of passenger expects an elite level of customer service. Good luck, Sky High Airlines
