@Casey @kevin Hi guys, this should interest you: in The Netherlands we have build our own GPT-model - trained on licensed data from publishers, full on transparent and completely sovereign, as in hosted in NLD and Europe. The model is slightly better than GPT-3.5 and good in three disciplines: summaries, simplification and rag. Revenues will flow back to creators and news outlets.
