@halcy@icosahedron.website to be fair, in gtav at least if you get enough objects piled in front of a car it will impede it... the street lights though truly are like aluminum foil in that came, no weight so you can carry around a stack without being slowed down. other objects though, especially corpses and cars will impede though.
