@curiousjay@mastodon.nz I use proton mail, I like it. The only comment I would make is that as well as proton mail I use proton calendar, and on the phone app it is slow as hell because of all the encryption (apparently). Fine on desktop but when booking appointments out and about I have to set it to load, have a different conversation, and come back to it.
Just in case that might be a consideration at some point for you!

@blue@sunny.garden Thanks. That's useful to know. I don't think that's likely to be a big problem for me, as I hate using virtual calendars. I prefer my paper diary that doesn't beep at me!
