@kev@fosstodon.org Sorry this happened to you. I've only had HORRIBLE experiences with their customer support. They refused any of my documentation and wanted me to do youtube videos for support... I guess "proving" that something is wrong, like my CPU fan just stop spinning, even after replacing the heatsink/fan. Is was so frustrating that I swore to never patron them again. I won't yuck your yum, and I hope you get this solved.
