The difference is most working AI code is stolen and most of it is very poor or doesn't work.
A real human programmer (not a code monkey) will help you analyse your requirements, write a specification, do a design, code it (write the program, implementation) and test it.
While keeping you in the loop.
LLM/Generative AI is mis-sold. A scam and a technological dead end. The model collapses when it scrapes its own outputs.
