@TechSupport@equestria.social That is a really really good idea! I should look into it. Though I'm not sure if it explains why this only happens when talking to a specific subnet.

@Karcsesz@equestria.social I'm not really sure either, unless it happens elsewhere but elegantly falls back (via fragmentation or ptmud) to smaller mtu, but that specific network is blackholing pmtud? Weird in any case
