@Lizette603_23 @Cetraria have you tried Kale chips? Just coat the leaves with oil and roast until crispy.

@Zodypop@oldbytes.space @Lizette603_23@mastodon.social the kale varieties I grow are much, much sweeter/less bitter, and with a texture less like shoe leather than what I find in stores. It's mild enough to eat raw in salads. No need for extensive cooking!
