@Casey@theforkiverse.com Feels long since due 230 was replaced by something modern and well thought out (and no I don't know what it is.) There should be a difference between newspapers where the comments are incidental to the business and platforms like Facebook/Instagram/TikTok where user content IS the platform and algorithms promote that content. I could see exceptions for things like the Fed where as long as there is not algorithm...
