@sololikehan@theforkiverse.com love Brian but worry he's not considering the downsides enough! I'm in favor for limited liability for 'defective product'-style complaints, but want to maintain strong protections for liability from speech-related harms. It's a tough needle to thread but feels really high stakes to me!
