The Federalist Society has been working toward this goal for as long as I can remember, and the Democrats have been complicit in this for two reasons: 1) By continuing to rubber stamp the judicial nominations that let these assholes pack the courts and b) By insisting that all social progress *must* be managed via judicial decisions.
