It's been both frustrating and vindicating to see that people are finally coming around to the "maybe FOSS isn't perfect" opinions that I've had for years. Like, FOSS is resistant to, but not immune from, enshittification, there's a problem with a lot of FOSS things being very much by developers for developers, making something FOSS doesn't have nearly as many benefits as the FSF claims, the FSF sucks, there's a significant problem with a lot of FOSS projects becoming abandonware if the main dev gets bored because so much of FOSS is solo-dev, and that's not even geting into the stuff where I am actually relying on recent events to realize this, namely: The GPL doesn't stop evil megacorps from using your code, it stops everyone except evil megacorps from using your code
