yeah.... the fact that they can kick you out anytime (lease extended month to month) sounds unfriendly to me.

@fritzoids@mas.to @weirdestate@eigenmagic.net yeah I can see how being stuck for months with a person that turns out to be problematic could be a problem for the other people who live there, but still rental contracts that allow kicking people out at any time should be illegal
