@spacehobo@teh.entar.net @stibbons@s.scintilla.social @weirdestate@eigenmagic.net Having spent some time in similar settings (capsule hotels in Singapore and Scotland), I can't say I've ever had a problem with that — if it's well built it's quite rigid and doesn't vibrate much at all. Immeasurably better than a bunk bed for sure :D Though I still wouldn't consider this a proper solution for housing per se.
