It's a touchscreen grafted onto the guts of a 5300, designed for (most likely) accessible use by people with disabilities.
For example, there is a program that lets you make 'boards' of buttons that lead to custom actions...think a picture of a water glass, and when you press, it says "Water, please" or whatever scripty thing you ask it to do.
Will do a full thread eventually because there is so little info out there on this guy!
