https://browsergate.eu/ This is both crazy and not. LinkedIn scans 6k+ chrome extensions to "make up a person" about you. Everyone used to do this on iOS through intents (or whatever the custom protocol thingy name was) Google used (or still does?) to do it based on all sites with AdWords
