Long distance small targets instead of WMDs on ICBMs. And throttling economies and supply chains instead of chemical warfare in the trenches. There are measurable levels of harm and evil. It’s like a Minimum Viable Product of weaponry. But we have another 75 years of this century to go, gulp.
