Most government PR run on major socmed platform due to the amount of reach the platform have, so if they have to ban X they have to migrate themselves and their citizen first. Banning X today could actually cost them next election, and they're actually getting unpopular. Elon know this, that's why they don't think they need to change anything because it's mostly just bark. Or at least that's what i thought, would love them to prove me wrong.
